Duties include inspection of homes inside and out using smartphone based checklist application, reporting issues to housekeeping and maintenance, stocking amenities, etc.
Must be trustworthy, flexible, team player, and must work weekends. Must have reliable transportation and smartphone.
Position includes benefits, mileage, and phone allowance.
