Station 66/Historic Barrel & Bottle are currently looking for dishwashers and line cooks to join our team. All shifts available. Start date ASAP.

Dishwasher Duties:
Dishwashers ensure that guests have clean dishes and maintain a clean kitchen.
Wash and put away all dishes that are taken to the dish pit
Take out trash as needed along with the cleanliness of the trash bins
Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and kitchen when slow
Line Cook Duties:
Prepare quality food as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Thorough cleaning and closing duties
Requirements for Line Cooks:
Prior Line Cook experience needed
Coconino County Food Handlers or Food Managers
