Stepping Stones Care is hiring patient, compassionate, self-motivated, and reliable individuals, who enjoy helping others, to provide 1 on 1 home and community services to individuals with disabilities. This position is flexible with your schedule, and you have input on which member you work with.
This is a rewarding position where you will be paired with one or more members with developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual (Cognitive) Disability).You will teach and mentor these individuals with socialization, adaptive skills, daily living skills, self-help skills, and more. You will help the member with their day to day objectives and challenges, and empower them to make the most of their lives.
Stepping Stones Care provides services throughout Arizona, flexible schedules, and clients within your area.
Perfect position for teachers, paraprofessionals, and child care workers, seeking part time work, or seasonal positions.
Pay ranges from $13-$19 DOE

Locations: Valley Wide
Pay Rate: $13 to $19/hour.
We have multiple and "IMMEDIATE" openings throughout Arizona including; Casa Grande, Tucson, Marana, Red Rock, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, San Tan Valley, Mesa, Maricopa, Kingman, Sedona, Cottonwood, Sierra Vista, Showlow, Payson, Flagstaff, and other areas.
Stepping Stones Care is contracted with the Department of Economic Security and is considered an essential medical organization and will continue to stay open during COVID-19 pandemic to safely serve our clients and employ our staff.
Skills/ Requirements
-18+ years old
-Article 9 Certification
-CPR and FIRST AID
-LEVEL 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
-VALID AZ Drivers License
-Reliable transportation and clean 36 month DMV record
Training available for those who do not currently have the above requirements
