Our company is currently seeking a Full Time Accounting Clerk to join our team immediately!You will be responsible for the following duties:
Prepare invoices for service calls and construction progress billing
Perform weekly collection efforts for unpaid invoices
Ensure technician time is adequately tracked, recorded and billed
Answer incoming phone calls if dispatcher is unavailable
Assist with data entry for vendor invoices
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction accounting, billing or accounts receivable
Proficiency in using Quickbooks and Microsoft Office, required
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
