HAVE ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE?
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a bookkeeping & administration specialist to assist with business/personal accounting & office administration for an office of 12 - 20 people. You will be asked to perform the following tasks;
Administration
- Maintain filing system
- Post employment ads
- Client and Customer relations
- Contracts
- Employee/Contractor Onboarding
- Office upkeeping (i.e. Cleaning bathroom, Break area and Office spaces)
- HR Support
Bookkeeping
- Keeping accurate records in accounts payable and receivable ( Business/Personal)
- Calculating and processing payroll for employees/contractors, and quarterly tax filings (Business/Personal)
- Monthly account reconciliation (Business/Personal)
- Financial reporting (Business/Personal)
- Invoicing ( On internal and external software platforms)
- Aging Invoice Collection
REQUIREMENTS (I.E. WHICH KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES MUST CANDIDATES HAVE TO DO THE JOB?)
- Ability to pass drug screening (Per client agreement)
- Ability to pass State and Federal Background check (Per client agreement)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or instruction
- Knowledge of Accounting Procedures (3 to 5 years verifiable experience)
- Knowledge of Quick books
- Proficiency in Computer applications (i.e. Google, Melio, AZDES, AZDOR, etc.)
- Self motivated
PREFERENCES (I.E. WHICH PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES SHOULD CANDIDATES HAVE TO DO THE JOB?)
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
· Certified QuickBooks Specialist
