Administrative tasks include the following:
Clerical duties such as typing correspondence, scanning, and filing documents, completing new account forms efficiently with high attention to detail
Greet and direct clients and visitors
Schedule client appointments, communicate with clients, and troubleshoot service problems
Assist financial service and income tax professionals in any way needed.
