As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to champion the change by joining in our mission of healing through humankindness.Expectations:Performs quality and performance improvement activities medical staff patient care review and peer review coordination information tracking trending and reporting project facilitation and statistical analysis to identify areas of opportunity to improve patient care and /or improve cost effective patient care related to trauma patients. To raise the visibility of the Trauma Center through increasing public awareness by generating positive media coverage through community outreach. Associates degree in Nursing (ADN).
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
2 years of acute care experience
RN CT ACLS CT TNCC
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN)
Experience with performance improvement or case review or trauma or ER or ICU
TCRN
Experience with trauma registry software
