You will perform a variety of technical analyses verify results and assure quality and accuracy of tests under the direction of the Laboratory Supervisor(s) Laboratory Manager(s) Laboratory Administrative Director and Laboratory Medical Director (Pathologist). You’ll build trust in all your interactions through your professionalism and work ethic.Responsibilities

Two years working in the capacity of a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)

Proficient in medical terminology typing math and computer skills

QualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree in a chemical physical biological or a clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution. ASCP eligible. On or before April 24 1995 be a high school graduate or equivalent and have either— (i) Graduated from a medical laboratory or clinical laboratory training program approved or accredited by ABHES CAHEA or other organization approved by HHS; or (ii) Successfully completed an official U.S. military medical laboratory procedures training course of at least 50 weeks duration and have held the military enlisted occupational specialty of Medical Laboratory Specialist (Laboratory Technician)Preferred:Preferred: Medical Technologist certification (MT) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel (NCA) American Medical Technologist (AMT) American Board of Registry (ABOR) or equivalent as defined within Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)Pay Range$29.16 - $42.28 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
