DescriptionSenior Integrated Absence Management Specialist - STD Remote-Most states eligibleThe Senior Integrated Absence Management Specialist - STD is an experienced professional, operating under general supervisor of a manager and adjudicates/administers leave and disability cases under federal, state and municipal rules/regulations and in collaboration with organizational policies & procedures. H.S. Diploma or GED
3 years Adjudication and administration of paid leave plans, FMLA and paid family leave plan cases
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4 years Adjudication and administration of paid leave plans, FMLA and paid family leave plan cases in a carrier or self-administered employer environment
