This year we have some camp improvements that require some construction skills and we will look for those skills in a crew.
Job Responsibilities:
Do everything you are asked to do without showing attitude, We are not looking for previous fishing experience but are looking at useful skills, mechanical, cook, building construction. Above all crew must be tireless and maintain good attitude, the work can be very physical and relentless. Work in the ocean and not be afraid of the water and waves. The primary work is picking salmon from gill nets and loading on to ATV trailers, deploying nets and picking them up. There is no "personal time" that crew is not on the clock, but of course we have rest periods and sack time, just that the schedule is determined by the deck boss and the fish and tide.
Job Requirements:
18 years at least and out of high school.
Medical insurance is advised, workmans comp is not allowed for commercial crew in Alaska, the state maintains a fund for injury but it isn't much, and we are not liable if you get hurt on the job. Work rain gear and boots. Alaska commercial crew license. There are no size or gender limitations but it is a requirement to maintain attitude and willingness to get along with crew.

we have a warm dry camp, hot water, internet, and good food.We provide transpo t/f Anchorage and all on-site costs, but for the crew license and clothing, the crew share should be net to you, there are no costs for crew at camp.

we are going to hire 2 persons, we have 2 jobs open. Early June to 31July. Percentage crew share can expect $5000-$11,000
