Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have State of Alaska Marijuana Handler’s Permit
Must be knowledgeable about cannabis
Must have a positive, outgoing personality
Strong communication skills
Able to stand for long hours
Ability to accurately count cash and give change
High School education
Preferred:
Experience in the cannabis industry
Retail or customer service experience
Enthusiastic to work with cannabis
Attention to detail
Able to maintain professional demeanor
Approachable
Outgoing personality
Able to work a flexible schedule
Details:
This job requires that a person be willing to educate themselves on the cannabis plant including THC, CBD, terpenes and the legality of marijuana. Each Budtender will need to be able to interact with customers and make appropriate recommendations for product selection.
