POSITION OVERVIEW

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking an Administrative Coordinator III to work in our office located in Kenai, AK. The Administrative Coordinator will administer authorization processes. This will include duties to comply with regulations and Managed Care Organization (MCO) program rules as well as completing local payroll processes such as timesheet processing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy

Collaborate with stakeholders regarding delivery of services as needed, based on program requirements

Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

Complete daily payroll and authorization functions to support timely caregiver payment and claims submission

Navigate, monitor, and troubleshoot internal systems to resolve payroll and authorization issues

Exhibit a solid understanding of the contracted MCO Service Authorization processes

Support accounts receivable by auditing service authorizations for accuracy and facilitating corrections from MCO representatives

Complete accurate EOR, client, and caregiver paperwork, as needed

Process background checks, as needed

All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma preferred

Previous office experience preferred

Strong navigation skills with technology including - Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint,

Outlook and Excel

Strong attention to detail and great accuracy
