The Job Developer works intensively with Work Services clients to identify their specific employability needs and assist them with getting a job, keeping a job and advancing on the job. Job Developer initiates and maintains ongoing personal contacts with a variety of business and industry representatives to match the “right” position to each individual client. It is the role of the Job Developer to identify participant skills and strengths as well as assess the customer’s need for services available in the community.
