We are looking for associates on an immediate basis in our commercial boutique bankruptcy practice. The work will involve substantive areas of commercial law, corporate law and insolvency law, under various state laws and federal bankruptcy law.
Our practice is primarily a law and motion practice with extensive amounts of research and brief writing. Our firm operates nationwide, primarily representing official creditors' committees in commercial Chapter 11 bankruptcies.
Although you must be a licensed attorney, you do not have to reside in the same state as your license.
