NeighborWorks Alaska is seeking a full-time year round field supervisor to help with landscaping projects. This person would lead a team of 3-4 staff, while working along beside of them, ensuring that we have a well performing, efficient team. This position is Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and is a permanent position. The main responsibilities of the job are leading your team to do snow removal, winter projects, clean-up and lawn mowing, edging, trimming in the summer months. Some heavy lifting may be required. We take pride in how our properties look and expect our staff to take ownership of their work and to take pride in a job well done. We are seeking reliable individuals with a clean driving and criminal record and you must pass a drug test. Wage DOE + benefits.
