AguaFina Gardens is a boutique landscape design/build firm that has been creating gardens for 30 years. We specialize in designing and building one of a kind gardens reflecting the personalities of our clients. Our crews and designers work closely together in a collaborative environment. Our projects include specialized gardens, water features and sculptural elements in Michigan and around the world. We are not a mowing/lawn maintenance or snow contractor.

Landscape laborers needed for temporary, full time employment from 4/1/25 to 12/7/25. No experience or education required. 40 hours minimum per week along with on average 10-15 hours of overtime Monday-Friday with occasional but rare Saturday work. Assistance with QUALITY housing (including washer machine, working kitchen etc.)
ON THE JOB TRAINING
What you will learn:
Read, understand, and install designs/work orders
Assist with all tasks assigned to crews for projects
Plant trees, shrubs, perennials
Build & maintain Asian inspired gardens
Building Koi ponds
Placing large boulders & sculptures
Must be able to:
Physically work 50-60 hours per week
Lift up to 50lbs
Willingness to work outside in most weather conditions
Offering:

50-60 hours per week, with overtime after 40 hours
Pay range; $16.00-$23.00
A potential for increased starting pay for those that possess valid drivers license, English fluency and expert level construction or machine operation skills

Work days are normally Monday - Friday with most weekends free
