Full-service restaurant experience is mandatory. Seeking out a reliable, motivated, personable individual. Must be professional in appearance and character. The lead server will ensure servers are well-versed in the restaurants goals to provide 'above-and-beyond' customer service, also ensure that they and their fellow servers are following all opening and closing checklists, as well as side work and tasked with keeping the FOH extremely clean and detailed as a team endeavor. Candidate will have the ability to lead a team and direct staff members in a positive manner and keep themselves busy at all times- lead by example. This person will be extremely reliable, trustworthy and dependable.
TAPPS and food handler's required.
