Kenai Airport Hotel is looking to hire a part time guest service agent. This position would begin training around the first of April. From May - Sept there would be approximately 16-24 hours per week, occasionally 32-40 to cover vacations. Shifts are 7-3 or 3-11.
We are a small crew that is looking for someone to add to our team for the long haul. Pay is $11.25 - $13.25 depending on experience.
Job duties include checking guests in and out, light housekeeping help (stripping rooms), guest service, taking payments, booking reservations, lots of laundry, computer work opening websites and navigating through third party booking sites, and more. We only have 16 rooms so the workload has pleasant periods of “slow and busy” making it a great balance.
Must be comfortable and able to work alone on shift, demonstrating problem solving skills as obstacles arise with our guests. Give directions and local tips, etc.
