Hope Community Resources is a non-profit organization providing community supports to hundreds of individuals and families who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury and mental health challenges. The Community Support Supervisor – Regional Programs provides services to Hope support recipients through their work in teaching, coaching and mentoring direct support staff in order to ensure the delivery of quality services to Hope support recipients.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develops staff through teaching, coaching, and mentoring in the delivery of quality services to adult support recipients.
- Supervises, develops, evaluates, counsels, and disciplines staff. Collaborates in all aspects of onboarding personnel to fulfill service delivery requirements.
- Monitors and ensures staff training compliance, including support recipient specific trainings, as well as compliance with employment related documents.
- Schedules staff in alignment with services delineated in the Plan of Care and/or support plans and with service delivery requirement.
