First National Bank Alaska, FNBA, is seeking a Commercial Teller that has a proven track record of dependability and experience with cash tills of $5,000 or more. Ideal candidate has extensive cash handling or vault experience, strong attention to detail, ability to work closely with co-workers, ability to learn and comprehend multiple procedures/task.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Receives checks, cash and coin for deposit, verifies amounts, and examines checks for proper endorsements.

2. Accepts utility bills, MasterCard, escrow, and loan payments, and issue receipts.

3. Ensures proper cash controls by securing, cleaning, packaging, and balancing currency daily.

4. Balances and prepares cassettes for off-site ATMs.

5. Prepares change orders.

6. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum: Six months Teller or moderate to heavy cash handling experience.

Preferred: Six months heavy cash handling experience.
