We are looking for candidates who possess a positive attitude and enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Details

Complete reservations and administrative tasks

Maintaining a positive, professional work relationship with sales staff

Accurately communicating updates and important information utilizing email and phone

Troubleshooting customer service issues in a calm & professional manner

Understand and comply with all company safety & operational policies

General administrative/ bookkeeping work.

Provides guests with an overview of the tour and answers any questions they may have.

Strong communication skills via email and phone;

Job Skills:

Stay attentive to incoming emails and phone calls;

Ability to create and work in a positive, professional culture and work environment

Organized work space and ability to prioritize;

Efficient computer skills and ability to problem solve;

Sales driven and willingness to fill available tour seats

Collect vouchers and ensure each guest is appropriately checked in.

Provides guests with an overview of the tour and answers any questions they may have.

Ability to multitask during peak sales times

Job duties include selling and booking tours over the phone, processing transactions for sales, answering guest questions, and completing end of day paperwork. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, hard working, excellent at communicating, and be able to make quick decisions.

Some sales experience/customer service would be helpful for this position.

Talk with sales reps from local vendors, communicate with booking agencies via phone, e-mail and extranet platforms, answer questions and take reservations for direct bookings. You will greet and dispatch tour guests on the cruise ship dock in a friendly and professional manner.

You will manage daily tour counts, tour tickets and invoice settlement with the shore sales teams. Attention to detail, excellent customer service, conflict resolution and communication skills are required for this position.
