Gastineau Human Services is looking to hire Relief Resident Advisors for our Glacier Manor Community Residential Center. GHS is nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people in Juneau restore their lives when they have been affected by addiction, or homelessness or incarceration.

As Relief Resident Advisor, you would be assisting in all aspects of the daily operation of Glacier Manor Community Residential Center. The primary functions of the position are assisting residents with daily life skills, resident accountability, and enforcement of Community Residential Center rules and policies.

An ideal candidate would have healthy boundaries, compassion, and fairness. You would be respectful to our clients served, have integrity and a team player. You should also have excellent computer skills, good written and oral communication, time management and organizational skills.

Must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid Alaska driver’s license
