Seeking Legal Counsel: Two Jobs

Hello. I have two jobs for which I would need a lawyer: The first, and most important, would have to be either a) pro bono or b) on a contingency basis. The second job would be not to exceed (NTE) the allowable funds in my ASEA legal account (which exhausts each June 30th). The latter would be NTE 10 hours. I do not wish to describe them here.
