Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Senior Data Quality/Integrity Engineer understands end-to-end master data processes and flows and uses that knowledge to design and implement master data management solutions. The Senior Data Quality/Integrity Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Primary responsibilities:
Accountable for the continued success of the Humana EAF program, encompassing all data, clinical and communication related activity
Be the primary point of contact for Markets and Providers to answer all questions pertaining to EAFs
Meet with Providers and Market personnel to guide Providers through the EAF process and provide guidance with respect to which channels to use to send data to Humana.
Responsible for managing the team shared mailbox
Provide clinical input and review of data mining processes in the lab and supplemental data spaces.
Other projects as advised by departmental management.
Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in data focused role utilizing reporting and analytics applications and tools.
Minimum 5 years experience working with healthcare / lab data.
Experience with knowledge management, business transformation, and change management.
Ability to understand conceptually data mapping and transformation approaches
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior leaders, cross department leaders, and all levels inside and outside of Humana.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, Master's degree a plus.
Ability to assign and complete priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
SQL experience in an Oracle/Cloud environment

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$86,600 - $119,200 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
