Job DescriptionOracle Health Business Operations is looking for a Business Analyst 4 to join our organization to help with reporting in many areas such as Forecast, Deal Review, and CRM reporting. This role will assist many teams across the organization with reporting needs. This face-paced role will help Oracle Health GTM Sr. Leadership with data to see trends and make decisions in key sales, relationship and revenue areas.ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for (but not limited to):
Designing, developing, and delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reports and presentations to executives, sales & client relationship management and other internal stakeholders
Performing data analysis and data modeling to identify trends and insights, informing key business decisions related to sales, relationship and revenue areas
Switch between macro and micro analysis to highlight patterns aiding in sales leader decision making
Managing ad-hoc data requests, demonstrating your ability to flexibly handle varying data needs
Assist with reporting needs across critical Business Operations functions such as weekly Deal Review, monthly Forecast, various client-relationship reporting needs, incentive compensation and many CRM reporting requests
Other duties as required and assigned
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related role
Proficiency in data analysis and extraction tools and applications (Excel, Power Query, SQL, Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.)
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into understandable insights
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to manage priorities and timelines effectively
Familiarity and working knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud or other CRM systems preferred
B.S. or Master’s Degree

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
