Grand Canyon National Park Lodges is the primary in-park concessionaire at Grand Canyon National Park, South Rim. We operate the Hotels, Restaurants, Retail Shops and Tours within park boundaries. Our business is year round, and includes support departments such as Human Resources, Engineering, MIS, Warehouses and Accounting functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare appropriate documents as needed to initiate company and customer repairs.

2. Order parts from approved vendors and research other supply streams if required.

3. Maintain accurate controls for all inventory using the established record keeping policies and procedures.

4. Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records and schedule service as required, and in a timely fashion.

5. Maintain accurate records for all company vehicles and equipment.

6. Dispatch wrecker calls and ensure paperwork is completed properly by driver.

7. Perform cashier functions for the garage following all Xanterra South Rim cashier policies and procedures.

8. Assist with garage inventory as directed by management.

9. Occasional light janitorial duties.

10. Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

2. American Society of Engineers(ASE) Parts Certification

3. Basic accounting skills to assist in managing accounts and to multi-task in a fast paced environment

4. Basic automotive parts background, with reference to parts ordering and proper inventory controls.

5. Retail and cashiering experience with all forms of payment.

6. Possess or obtain a valid Arizona Driver's License, and comply with the Company Driver Safety Program.

7. Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills with ability to provide explicit instructions and directions.

8. Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

9. Ability to use radio communication equipment.
