Agent shall recover all Tendered Packages from linehaul drivers every business day.
Agent shall scan all Tendered Packages upon receipt AND shall compare packages received to packages manifested by matching tracking numbers/identifying information on each pack to tracking numbers/identifying information listed on the manifest. Any overages, shortages, or damages “OSD” will be marked on the manifest and reported back to via email within 24 hours (weekend and holiday hours exempt) of load receipt by Agent.
Agent shall cause each Tendered Package to be delivered to its designated recipient within forty-eight (48) hours (weekend and holiday hours exempt) from the time Agent took possession of the Tendered Package. Delivery shall be marked by a scanner and noted on a physical sheet for backup (name and date shall be noted for each package delivery); this physical sheet shall be scanned back to the Anchorage team the day following delivery.
Agent shall secure all required signatures on each Tendered Package having delivery instructions that require validation of delivery.
Agent shall return undeliverable packs as needed and bill timely for all deliveries and returns.
Agent shall be courteous and communicative in interactions with the Anchorage team, customers, and all other people while representing Naniq.
Contract employment, form 1099 paid at $9/per package delivered
