Property Service Team LLC

Property Service Team LLC is currently seeking skilled Carpenters as well as individuals who are just starting out in the field to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of general construction activities, including reading blueprints, collaborating with the Project Manager and staff, and utilizing a variety of power and hand tools to complete work tasks such as framing, drywall installation, finish work, siding and demolition. We are looking for candidates with craftsmanship, skill, and a strong work ethic to contribute to our team's efficiency and excellence.

We offer competitive starting pay rates ranging from $20/hr to $30/hr, with no ceiling on the rate of pay depending on the value you bring to the team. We also offer a 3% match retirement plan to help our team members plan for their future. Additionally, our 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday, 10 hours a day) provides opportunities for overtime throughout the year and enables team members to work on side projects.
