Veterinary Clinic seeking full time veterinary technician assistance. Hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys being a helper. Candidate must love animals, the public and being part of a fast paced team environment:
The candidate we are seeking should be:
-Professional, willing to work as part of our extraordinary team and enjoy client education
-LVT/Certified or at least 2 yr experience preferred.
-Applicants would exhibit the ability to be a team player, be efficient, and have strong customer relations’ skills.
Duties include:
-Strong communication skills
-A commitment to client education
Knowledge of:
-Proper restraint techniques
-Radiographs
-Vaccines
-Blood draws
-The ability to do lab work (including UA sediment slides, fecals, and ear cytology's).
-Injections
-Bandaging
-Assisting in surgeries
-And the willingness to do all other tasks as assigned.
