The Fairbanks IDEA Homeschool office is looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to provide tech support to students and staff. This position supports and troubleshoots Dell laptops, desktops, some tablets and printers via phone and in person. Even if you don't have tremendous experience, you should apply if you have a decent understanding of troubleshooting PC's, you're a quick learner, are organized and good with people.
