Our Ashley's Home Furnishings of Fairbanks is growing our sales team! We are looking for energetic and charismatic individuals, who have the desire to learn and work in a team environment.
This is a full-time position. Sales experience is not necessary. Our paid training program will help you develop your natural talents, providing the potential to be among some of the highest paid sales professional in the furniture industry today.
Qualifications
Pursues work with enthusiasm and energy.
Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships.
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Able to work days, evenings and weekends.
Be dependable, and punctual.
Capable of carefully handling merchandise.
Shown ability to develop and foster working relationships with others
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Applicants must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Excellent Benefits:
During the 120 days of training you will receive a weekly guaranteed base pay prior to converting to full
commission as a Sales Associate. Our Sales Associates can earn up to $60,000 and more
