Job Summary:

Primary responsibility is to assist and coordinate all requests from military families with the property management team including move ins, move outs, inquiries, community standards enforcement. Responsible to maintain curb appeal and coordinate community activities. Focusing on education, socialization and prevention, the RSC works with residents to establish on-site programs. Such programs build a healthy housing community and strengthen connections between residents, management and the local community. The RSC is a member of the property management team, working to establish and maintain a quality standard of living for all residents in the housing community.

Essential Functions:

Provide excellent customer service to residents and potential residents. Thorough knowledge of all operations standards to educate customers

Perform daily inspection of vacant ready homes, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times with all five senses in the vacant ready homes and in the community center

Assist maintenance team with service calls as needed

Provide administrative support at the community center

Coordinate move-in dates and pre- move-in inspections with the incoming families

Maintain waiting lists and provide information concerning occupancy (based on location)

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. College education preferred

Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some experience in property management, preferably with a military background

Excellent organizational and administrative skills a must

A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required

Anticipated Work Schedule:

40 hours per week with some overtime during peak periods. Usually Monday – Friday with some weekends necessary
