The Maintenance Technician is responsible for answering service requests, getting apartments ready for occupancy, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, drywall, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed.
To qualify you must have 2 years experience in building maintenance, excellent verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs, a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
