Currently seeking a reliable and detail oriented Administrative Assistant.
Familiarity with construction office environment and terminology is highly preferred and a minimum of 1 year’s construction office experience is required to be considered for this position.
Experience with AutoCAD and Primavera is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Entering production data/load count sheets into Excel
Read and review project drawings and specifications.
Document project activities and data, as required.
Scanning
Filing
Answering phones and directing calls
Payroll/timecard entry.
Email correspondence to clients.
Full-time hours Monday-Friday with pay starting at $20-$24/HR depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 years’ experience working in a construction office.
Valid driver's license
Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel
Background will be viewed.
