Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Laborer to join our Team In this role, you will work closely with our owners and team members to ensure the smooth execution of commercial construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operate and maintain company tools
Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized, and protect project materials and tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective problem-solving ability
Self-motivated and ambitious
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
Job Details
Type: Full Time / Hourly / Non-Exempt
Pay: Starting at $20 per hour. This position is eligible for overtime.
Schedule: Monday-Friday / 5-8 hour shifts depending on company needs
Must have a valid driver’s license
