Our growing office is looking to add a full time experienced dental assistant to our team. This position will assist chairside as well as support front desk as needed. Hours will be Mon-Fri 8:15am-4:30pm
Our ideal candidate should have dental experience, be well-organized with great attention to detail, a team player, responsible, dependable, ability to multi-task, have a positive/friendly attitude, knowledge of Dentrix, have proficient computer and communication skills, and thrive in a high paced work environment.
Duties include but are not limited to answering calls, meeting and welcoming patients, data entry, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, preparing patients for treatment, set up of instruments, equipment and materials, sterilization of instruments, assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry, keeping the dental rooms clean and well stocked, and maintaining accurate patient records.
