Our caregivers assist clients with activities of daily living through a wide range of services. They provide members the compassionate care needed to maintain a healthy and independent life. Previous caregiver experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Consumer Direct Care Network has been serving the elderly and people with intellectual and physical disabilities since 2001. We currently employ over 900 PCA’s throughout the state and offer very competitive wage and benefit packages.
Please note that our Wasilla office serves the Fairbanks area.
Compensation Includes:
Personal Care Services starting at $16/hour
Chore and Respite Care Services starting at $13.50/hour
Day Habilitation Services starting at $20 /hour
Benefits available for employees working over 30 hours per week
Must be able to pass a background check!
Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/FA certification.
