Open Arms CDC is hiring
We have openings for teachers assistants and substitute teachers preferably with a background in Early Childhood Education. We are looking for motivated individuals who are responsible, creative, energetic, warm, organized, dependable and team players. You must enjoy working with young children.
Daily tasks would include the following:
Assist in planning and implementing the daily program.
Daily classroom cleaning.
Supervise all activities to ensure safety at all times.
Interacting with children throughout the day.
Education Preferred (not required)
A current Child Development Associate (CDA), certificate in Early Childhood Education or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Requirements:
Available to work Monday through Friday
Pass background check
CPR/first Aid certificated or be willing to obtain upon hire
Complete required professional development training required by the State of Alaska annually.
