If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment we want to hear from you. Candidates must be proficient with computers and comfortable working within multiple programs throughout the day. Wages for this position will depend on applicable experience.Duties will include interfacing with customers in person and over the phone notifying them of appointment reminders, vehicle recall information, expiring offers and promotions, addressing their concerns, and various service specials. The Customer Relations Coordinator must stay knowledgeable of all current service specials and current service department appointment availability.
