Position is responsible for supervising activities associated with closing cost and down payment assistance programs for first time home buyers. Duties include originating and processing down payment and closing cost assistance grants, loans and home improvement loans. Looking for a person who can maintain positive and effective relationships with lenders, public agencies, and program applicants.

Hours and pay are flexible. Loan activities comprise 50% of job duties, position can assume some office manager tasks to make position full-time. Successful applicant must be detail-oriented and good at follow through. Prefer lending or business experience but similar experience can be substituted. Small office, but room to advance .
