Anchorage construction company has upcoming opening for Full-Charge Bookkeeper with minimum 3 years’ experience in construction accounting, Union payroll, Certified Payroll reports plus working experience of Sage 100 Construction software program.”
Responsibilities include:
Maintain, analyze, and reconcile General Ledger accounts to ensure accurate balances, purchasing, expense report processing, billings, credit collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to include regular review and audit of accounts.
Preparation and review of monthly financial statements and general ledger reconciliations
Full Charge Bookkeeping: expense code bills, bill payments, prepare invoices and receive payments, bank reconcile, and project work
File, scan and organize information
Answer phones and take messages
Work with owners and other staff
Provide client support
Enjoy working with people
Pleasant and professional phone skills
Receive directions, implement and ask questions as needed
Comfortable with technology and office equipment
Like working with numbers and can work through problems
Exceptional ability to multi-task
