Computer Scientist with RMLS Client is seeking a Computer Scientist responsible for providing second level Engineering support for the AJW-175 RMSET System Engineering team. Essential Job Functions:
- Experience in Agile Framework.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile roles and Agile Release Train (ART) preparations, ceremonies and releases.
- Experience with common/widely used Agile tools.
- Experience defining and writing requirements for the development of software applications.
- Experience with tools used to store and maintain requirements.
- Experience writing technical documentation, such as User's Guides, System Characterizations, Admin Guides and Handbooks.
- Participation in the design, test and management of Enterprise Systems.
- Strong team player, willing to help and train others.
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- Experience with system integration and testing including identifying/resolving application, database and interface problems.
- Willingness to provide SLE support 24x7 when needed.
- Knowledge of large enterprise systems hosting multiple applications.
- Knowledge of HP's Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) tool used to store requirements is a plus.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills are required.
- Experience managing baseline requirements, while new requirements develop/evolve.
- Knowledge of Oracle database in a streams environment.
- Experience making short videos to explain application use is a plus.
- Knowledge of the National Airspace System (NAS).
- Knowledge of FAA case files and the NCP process.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Math or another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and fifteen (15) years of related work experience or
- Master's Degree in any field of study with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours of either undergraduate or graduate study in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and twelve (12) years related work experience in a computer science or math field or
- PhD or Doctoral in a related field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours of either undergraduate or graduate study in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and three (3) years related work experience in a computer science or math field.
