Looking for someone with all tools (including safety gear), and experience, to shingle a new roof.
Simple roof. 5 pitch.
Also, I have a shop where I'd like to re-roof the metal roof.
Mostly re-using the sheet metal.
Simple roof, which sheds to one side.
You must know all code and industry standards of how to shingle in the valley (Wasilla).
Underlayment through Ridge Cap.
Must be efficient since I do not want the roof process to drag on, or materials wasted.
I will have the materials lifted onto the roof with a telehandler. You will unload where you'd like it.
For the new shingles:
I do not want to get into a material count, so pay will be based on and calculated by the squares provided by the truss plant.
The pay is the overall for all work, from underlayment through ridge cap.
Pay by the square, based on the squares provided by the truss plant, based on the "Roof Plane Sheathing Area."
For the existing metal shop roof:
I'll probably just want to go by the hour. We might be able to figure out a piece rate though.
I will pay quickly after completion.
