Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager who can effectively manage the bidding and estimation processes while also mentoring and training our team members. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, an ability to accurately estimate project costs and a passion for teaching others.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the bidding process for new projects, ensuring competitive and accurate bids.

Prepare detailed project estimates, including material, labor, and timeline calculations.

Train and mentor team members on best practices in project management, estimation, and bidding.

Oversee the implementation of projects from bid acceptance through completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Continuously evaluate and improve estimation and bidding processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Provide regular feedback and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in construction project management, with a focus on bidding, estimation, and training.

Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and industry standards.

Excellent communication, leadership, and teaching skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
