I am looking for someone having the necessary skills for the replacement of various floor coverings such as carpet, tile or vinyl as well as installation of cabinets and countertops, toilets, replacement of tubs and surrounds or possible tile as a replacement and of course painting and trim (general maintenance).
Prospective applicants must be responsible for the care of tools used and maintain a clean work area. Cleaning and taking care of any tools provided insures that they are well maintained, organized and ready for use the next time they are needed. Tools and materials must be stored at the end of each day (paint buckets sealed, tools cleaned and stowed).
I need someone reliable, healthy and who enjoys maintenance. I expect someone to be at work on time, healthy and performing their work. I'm not paying for people with drug or alcohol issues or who have a propensity for calling in “sick” every other day (or otherwise unreliable). I am an easy to work for person, but I will not allow anyone to take advantage of my good nature
Anyone familiar with this kind of work (general construction/maintenance) and are interested in work should note that I should be able to keep you comfortably busy. I can accommodate both part time and/or full time work. If you wish work more than eight hours in a day I am okay with that but I don't pay overtime.
