Position Summary: Performs routine inspections, maintenance, repairs and performance verification of equipment and building systems in a health care setting. Provides oversight of contractors per the direction of, or in the absence of, the Director of Facilities. Receives, stores, and issues equipment and supplies. Maintains inventory levels in common supply areas and storerooms.
