We are seeking an experienced and reliable welder for a temporary position focused on repairing equestrian pipe corrals. This role requires someone with strong welding skills, a good work ethic, and attention to detail to ensure the safety and longevity of the corrals.

Responsibilities:
=
Inspect, repair, and reinforce existing pipe corrals used in equestrian settings
Perform MIG and/or stick welding on galvanized and non-galvanized pipe
Ensure all welds are structurally sound and safe for use around horses
Clean and prep surfaces as needed before welding
Work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality
Collaborate respectfully with the team and communicate effectively about progress and needs

Qualifications:
=
Proven experience as a welder, particularly in structural or agricultural/farm settings
Strong welding skills, including MIG and/or stick welding
Experience working with pipe fencing or corrals is highly preferred
Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
Have own welding equipment and PPE (preferred, but not required)
Reliable transportation to job site
Physical ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors in varying conditions
