Simple new construction houses.
General taping: repair damage with hot mud and tape damaged areas, tape seams, corners (square and chamfer), topcoat and pre-texture sanding/touch-ups.
Hand texture and sand.
After clean-out, prefer that you leaf blow the walls, do any final touch up, and prime. If you don't have experience priming, then it is not actually necessary. Our painters can handle priming if necessary.
Piece rate/contract rate.
