Full-Time Position - Annual
The Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years supervisory of experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal. The position oversees all aspects of landscaping maintenance operations, including supervising crews, scheduling work, ensuring quality standards are met, managing budgets, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with clients to maintain professional relations. Excellent communication skills to communicate priorities to staff.
Job duties and responsibilities
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Maintenance department:
Landscape and other maintenance for existing clients.
Respond to sales leads for commercial landscape maintenance services.
Crew Management
Scheduling
Documentation of work for both client records and billing purposes
Complete other tasks and special projects assigned.
Excellent time management and organization
Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
Basic computer knowledge to use web reporting and estimating applications.
Clean driving record
Ability to work 40+ hours per week, nights, and weekends, as necessary.
Able to lift 50#
Adhere to safety regulations and company safety requirements.
