CMMS operator/ technician needed in Anchorage for a full time position.
Previous experience operating a computerized maintenance management system for building maintenance is desirable, however previous experience as a maintenance technician and a knowledge and interest in computers and the desire for an indoor office position is the most important criteria.
Position provides support to a building maintenance program and also provides other assistance including limited sub contractor scheduling, report writing and the tracking of key performance indicators.
Work is performed primarily in an office environment on a long term contract.
ROP-$25-$27 hr DOE plus Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance and 401K plan.
Applicants must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background investigation for security clearance.
Previous experience with either the Facilities Dude or School Dude software systems is a plus.
